Returns and Exchanges

Defective Items:
Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective upon delivery or pickup.
If your item is defective, please contact us within 1 day of delivery or pickup to report the issue.
We will arrange for a return, exchange, or replacement of the defective item.
No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Defective Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including change of mind, wrong selections, or personal preferences.
